Seraing – BelgiumADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING FOR THE SERAING INDUSTRIAL SITE – BASI
Ingenuity at the service of comfort
Designed to accommodate the offices of 80 employees, this administration building at the Seraing industrial site (BASI) stands out for its modern, functional architecture. With a gross floor area of 1,625 m² spread over three levels, the building delivers optimised spaces for staff well-being. It includes a sickbay, a cafeteria and an outdoor terrace.

A meticulous heritage renovation project for a building steeped in history
A listed 18th-century architectural gem, Cockerill Château, has undergone a painstaking renovation and a carefully integrated extension to preserve its character while meeting contemporary needs. The project required close collaboration with the Walloon Region’s authorities, ensuring compliance with heritage conservation standards and highlighting the rich history of this emblematic site.

Commercy – FranceCOCKERILL CAMPUS
From historic barracks to a modern campus
The redevelopment of this 10-hectares former barracks site, which was formerly occupied by the French Army, includes the renovation of four historic buildings and the construction of modern infrastructure. The site now offers 25,000 m² of space dedicated to training and residential accommodation for learners, including classrooms, meeting rooms, an auditorium, simulation rooms, teaching workshops, 118 accommodation units, various catering areas, a gymnasium, a fitness room, a relaxation area with spa and also a mosque, all nestled in a green setting.

A modern extension inspired by history
As part of the reorganisation of its activities, the John Cockerill Group chose to build an elegant and functional extension adjacent to Cockerill Château, bringing its 500-strong workforce together. Named the Orangery in homage to the historic 18th-century gardens that once surrounded the château, this new structure combines modernity with complete respect for its heritage.

A building designed for efficiency, comfort and well-being
This building was constructed to house the administrative and production activities of the John Cockerill Group in Mondorf-les-Bains. Designed to provide a functional yet pleasant working environment, it includes a production workshop as well as modern offices equipped with areas dedicated to employee well-being, such as a gym and a large, welcoming cafeteria.

A new lease of life
Located in Metz, the Stade Saint-Symphorien is much more than a mere sporting venue dedicated to football: it embodies a modern and multifunctional vision of sports facilities. Owned by FC Metz, the stadium is one of the few in France to be owned by its resident club, offering unique freedom to diversify its use and maximise its value throughout the year.

Nestled in an imposing military building constructed in 1559 during the reign of King Henry II, this iconic edifice was originally designed to protect the strategically important city of Metz.

In Luxembourg City, an iconic mansion was completely renovated and enhanced thanks to a contemporary extension designed to accommodate prestigious offices. This transformation combines respect for the historic architecture of the site while accommodating the integration of modern spaces which were designed to meet today’s needs while preserving the original charm.
